I really enjoyed reading what makes all of YOU Tough Chik's (and dudes)-
I'm tough because I don't give up :-)
...even when I really want to.
I left one university in order to pursue my dream of attending Stanford and playing softball. My chances of getting in: slim. My regret if I didn't try: guaranteed.
Dream. Came. True!
I am a tough chick because I knew when to ask for help.
oh oh MEE!! I am a tough chick. I run in negative #'s. And the snow. And provide photographic evidence (does that make me tough or stupid?) I am training for my first IM, that makes me kind of tough. I drive 90 minutes one way to swim in the winter...AND I am the only one for like 100 miles that does any of this stuff in a town full of people who are..well...drinking is the main sport around here. Everyone wants me to "get over it" which isn't happening!
I made it to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro! My future goals include the Appalachian Trail and the Everest Base Camp--I also lived in a post-conflict Central African French-speaking country for two years, then we packed up and moved to India
Some of your Tough was funny too!
I'm not much of a Tough Chik, more of a softie. I might laugh at fear, but only because I wet my pants (however, they're wicking, so it's not uncomfortable).
I'm tough :) I scale tall mountains and sheer cliffs. I jump out of perfectly good airplanes
I'm tough because I have an OCD husband ;) But I'm really tough because I choose to get out of bed at 4:45 a.m. and don my Hannibal Lector polar fleece face mask to dodge memere and pepere dog walkers and the occasional snowbank.
Make sure you keep reading because the fun with Tough Chik does not come to an end with this giveaway. We have another exciting adventure in the works! Spring weather is right around the corner and that means that the bikes will be hitting the road soon (*hint*hint*)
Without further ado, I bring you the winner of the very first Tough Chik giveaway on Miles, Muscles and Mommyhood!!
There were 219 eligible entries
Each entry was entered into the List Randomizer at Random.org*
*This form allows you to arrange the items of a list in random order. The randomness comes from atmospheric noise, which for many purposes is better than the pseudo-random number algorithms typically used in computer programs.
then I had Random.org select a winning number from the list of entries
and the winning number was
Who was lucky #76??
