Brad spent hours with me on Tuesday getting the fit on the QR dialed in. I love my new "local" bike shop (so what if I have to drive 90 mins to get there--it was worth it).
Love it. Local shop 90 minutes away. I will start by bike shopping next year when I am ready to devote my time to triathlon training. Atlrast I think I will be ready to commit next year. I am a bit nervous!

What do they have to do to tune up a bike? Did you do any damage at the triathalon?
